Should Manchester City Go Back In For Alexis Sanchez In January?

Chile and Manchester City player Claudio Bravo has spoken about the failed transfer of Alexis Sanchez, who of course plays global football alongside him.

The two clubs spent transfer deadline day locked in talks over City's desire to sign Sanchez, only for the deal to collapse because Arsenal were unable to sign their preferred replacement, Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.

'If there is any negativity or you think that he's giving anything less than 100%, the players will sniff it and they will wean that guy out'.

Alexis is out of contract at the end of the season and, therefore, available to leave on a free transfer.

The City boss is adamant that Sterling still has a big part to play for the club moving forward but Sterling was reportedly excited at the prospect of moving to Arsenal to secure more time on the pitch.

Sterling was strongly linked with a player-plus-cash move to the Gunners during the summer transfer window but Pep Guardiola was unwilling to let the 22-year-old leave. We would have loved to have him here, but the market gives you these time limits and the rush is not good.

They said the fighters had sneaked into the capital from northern Sinai but did not say whether they were members of ISIL. Four armoured vehicles were destroyed due to roadside bombs and a fifth one carrying signal jamming equipment.

"Not one per cent chance we will swap Raz because I trust a lot in him".

Mane was shown a red card after his first half clash with the City first choice keeper Ederson and had to be replaced by Bravo.

Ahead of today's Premier League clash with Liverpool, Guardiola said: "I don't know what's going to happen".

It will be short but the next (game) he will not be able to play.

He said, "These things are avoidable".

"I'm calm, all of us here are completely ready and we have a competitive mentality", he added. He's a player I knew from my time in Barcelona.
