'Get a grip:' John Podesta responds to Trump tweets

President Trump is in Hamburg for the G20 meeting on Friday, along with the leaders of 19 other world powers.

Podesta also connected the email hacks to a Russian attempt to help "Trump get elected president" and chided Trump for his response to the meddling.

According to The Daily Beast, Trump aides weren't really clear what the president was referencing in his tweet.

The intelligence community has remained steadfast in its assertion that Russian Federation meddled with the 2016 election in hopes of helping Trump get elected. "You're representing the U.S. at the G20", Podesta concluded.

Later in the day, upon reaching Kentucky, Podesta submitted an op-ed to The Washington Post in which he wrote: "I had nothing to do with the Democratic National Committee".

For some time, USA intelligence agencies have believed that Podesta's emails were hacked by the Russian government.

The city of Hong Kong on Saturday celebrated the 20th anniversary of its transfer from British authority to China. This principle is stipulated in the Basic Law of Hong Kong , equivalent to a constitutional document.

Schweizer claimed that during a Fox Business interview, Podesta "made a series of misleading statements when questioned about his involvement in a company that received $35 million from the Russian government while Clinton served as secretary of state".

"The FBI repeatedly stressed to DNC officials the necessity of obtaining direct access to servers and data, only to be rebuffed until well after the initial compromise had been mitigated", a senior law-enforcement official told The Hill at the time.

Although the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation all concluded that the hack on the DNC and the leak of its emails were perpetrated by Russian hackers, the CIA was not involved in the DNC server transaction. Most Washingtonians, 54 percent, still say Trump has changed the city "some" or "a lot". "'I have no idea what he's talking about, ' one messaged The Daily Beast". He insisted that as head of Clinton's campaign he turned over Clinton's controversial private servers but had nothing to do with the DNC and their servers. "Not climate change or trade, but why didn't John Podesta give a server that wasn't his to the Central Intelligence Agency".

Mr Trump may be confusing Mr Podesta's email hack with a different, damaging hack of Democrats.
