Abu Musab was finishing his night shift at an ISIS checkpoint in Raqqa early on November 9 when the friend who came to replace him told him the result of the USA election with a hysterical laugh.
President Trump is ordering the Joint Chiefs of Staff to develop a plan within 30 days for how to defeat the Islamic State, and he wants the world to know that obliterating the terrorist army is a top priority for the U.S. said a senior administration official."It's a very nice and attractive day, it's the day that we're getting rid of these horrific and barbaric images".
In the formal executive memorandum, Trump declared that "It is the policy of the United States that ISIS be defeated".
Donald Trump has signed an order giving defence chiefs 30 days to come up with a plan to smash ISIS. In a series of interviews, Abu Musab and two other recent defectors, as well as two current ISIS members, described the reaction to Trump's election inside ISIS's self-styled caliphate - ranging from celebration among ISIS members to fear that the US-led military campaign against the group will intensify. He issued three executive orders.
One noticeable, if cosmetic, change: Trump referred to the group as ISIS, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, and not ISIL, the Obama administration's preferred acronym for the group, which stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. One reason they cited for this optimism was Trump's divisiveness within America, which they believed would weaken the country.
Toyota sold 10.2 million vehicles in 2016 while Volkswagen sold 10.3 million
The company downplayed their fall from the top spot by saying: "At Toyota , we are focused on chasing volume". Rival Volkswagen AG sold 10.3 million, riding strong sales in China-its second-largest market after Europe.
The executive memorandum orders the intelligence community, the Pentagon and key Cabinet agencies to develop a comprehensive strategy to defeat ISIS and its affiliates.
In addition, the USA military maintains a hotline connection to Russian forces, who also are fighting in Syria, in an effort to prevent accidental conflict between the two sides.
"This is evil. This is a level of evil that we haven't seen".
President Trump signs three executive actions in the Oval Office on January 28, including one that calls for a report from the military on a strategy to defeat ISIS. The plan makes good on a key campaign pledge of Trump, who mocked and criticized the slow pace of his predecessor Barack Obama's progress in the fight against the extremist fighters.
A USA defence official, speaking to reporters after the talks, said they discussed ways to accelerate the defeat of Islamic State, among other hot-button issues, including the threat from North Korea, but offered no details. And the others include: immigration enforcement and multi-pronged orders on border security; two on reviving the Dakota Access pipeline and Keystone XL pipeline.
