Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl says Trump supporters are 'fucked' in the head

Considering the location of Somerset - is this all an incredibly elaborate ploy for a Glastonbury headline announcement?

Well, turns out this was all geared around a big announcement from the band: they're headlining a night at Glastonbury this summer.

The Cheese and Grain show is now streaming - notable in itself as it is the first Foo Fighters gig since November 2015. And how did they announce you ask?

Foo Fighters were set to headline Glastonbury back in 2015 but were forced to pull out due to Dave Grohl breaking his leg.

Ultimately it comes around to bite them because the very people who spend money in their businesses now have less money in their pockets.

Rumors ran rampant that the Foo Fighters would make up for their no show with a rescheduled date past year, but the 2016 bill instead featured Muse, Adele and Coldplay. This was followed by a mysterious countdown on their official website and a number of other clues dotted across the internet.

Selected fans have been sent invites from 'Obelisk Airlines' to an event at Frome's Cheese And Grain community centre, starting at 6pm.

The American rock band, who will take over the Pyramid stage on Saturday 24 June, revealed the news during a free concert in Frome, Somerset, on Friday evening. "They've certainly put it on the map now!"

The band have joined the line-up for this year's Reading & Leeds festivals.
